Do you have a Facebook Fan page?

lil-green-man
Facebook Fan pages, just got a great new feature, that has been long time overdue! … Can’t think what it is?

I’ll tell you, we’ve got an invite page, built directly into the fan page, it comes in the form of “suggest to friends”.

It’s any promotional guy/girls dream, Fan pages are a wonderful way to grab that social marketting foothold inside Facebook, like no other, with one small problem, how to advertising it, without it costing your a small fortune. Of course not everyone has a fan page to display there corporation, franchise or product, maybe you just a favourite thing you do, those are very popular too, and are a great way to find others who like it too!

What makes this even better is this invite page is (currently) unlimited, you can invite litterally hundreds of friends just like when you do events, so go ahead invite your entire friends list, and encourage any and all dedicated fans to do the same! With the news-feed aka the “Stream” acting as it is, a sudden surge in new fans, will encourage to become a popular item of the day, which will only increase it’s visibility in that little right side-bar on FB’s home page, which is double social advertising.

Check it out here this is my ” Chris Bourton Fan Page “… self-promotion I know, but hey if you are reading this, and thinking thats awesome new feature, and want to try it out, takes just 5 seconds to become a fan and maybe you’ll learn about my newest developer tip before everyone else. Latest news is only useful, if you find out about it early, and before everyone else!

It’s this simple.

  • Visit theĀ  “Stream” / “Wall” page of a Fan page.
  • Click “Suggest to friends”
  • Start selecting friends to suggest to (it works just like an Invite)
  • Click “Send Invitations” once you’ve selected as many friends as you want to tell.

Like always, find out the latest news, at my Blog here http://chris.bourton.us/blog/

  3. I’m answering question merely to humour you “Wifura” since I know your just spamming your links (which i’ve editted).
I’ve noticed alot of similar blog posts just like this one.

Ringtone sites like this are to be honest, a terrible example of Lies and False advertising.

It is not free Ring Tones, they phone user ends up with being subscribed to a “service” which charges monthly for the ring tones the are told are free, and not always made fully aware of what costs they could be incuring to their phone bill.

This Charge is not always made clear, small print with this case might make it legal, but it does not make it Ethical or right my books, and the deception to a user of the cost has made it harder for companies who have worked in this niche industry.

What is harsh, these monthly charges are often for a significant amount of money, and worst still some companies will make it near impossible to get this regular charge removed.
